People search for «the MWC shuttle» expecting a bus from every hotel. What the organiser publishes is more limited. Here is what runs, where it stops, and when a private shuttle for your own team makes more sense.

What the organiser publishes

The electric shuttle between Gran Via and Plaça d’Espanya

The organiser’s transport pages list a fully electric shuttle bus between Fira Gran Via and Plaça d’Espanya on event days, linked to Talent Arena at the Montjuïc venue. The hours published on the 4YFN transport page are 08:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Wednesday and 08:00 to 16:00 on Thursday. Check them again in the event app the week before: the organiser can change them.

  • At Fira Gran Via: stop on Carrer de l’Alumini, near the 4YFN North entrance.
  • At Plaça d’Espanya: stop on Av. Reina Maria Cristina, near the Venetian Towers and Talent Arena.
  • It is a shuttle between two venues, not a hotel service: from the hotel you still need to reach one of the two stops.

What it does not cover

Hotel shuttles and the airport

At the time of writing, the organiser’s transport pages do not list shuttle buses from hotels or from the airport. Some hotels run their own service for guests in congress week; ask your hotel directly. From the airport, the L9 Sud metro goes to the venue without changes and the attendee pass covered one airport trip in 2026 (see how to get to MWC).

For one person going between the two venues, the shuttle and the FGC train from Plaça d’Espanya to Europa | Fira do the job. A car is worth it with kit, with a group or with a fixed time at the other end: see Talent Arena.

Your own shuttle

A private shuttle for your team

A team staying in one hotel can have its own shuttle: the same van or minibus every morning before opening and every evening after closing, from the hotel door to the entrance of your hall. Vehicles go up to 22 seats, and several can run on one schedule. Each leg has a fixed price from the live engine in the price box; for the whole week, send us the schedule and we reply with one written quote and one VAT invoice.
