Most dinners and receptions are in the Eixample and the city centre (about 12 minutes from Gran Via without traffic), around Plaça d’Espanya and Montjuïc (about 7), by the sea in Diagonal Mar and the Fòrum (about 20) or in hotels along the coast. Choose the area in the price box as origin or destination and you see the live price.
If the evening starts straight from the venue, the closing hour of the exhibition is also the busiest hour on the road. A pre-booked car with an agreed pickup point is the calmest way out.
The ride back
Book the return before you sit down
Dinners end late and everybody leaves at the same time. With the return booked for an approximate time, the driver adjusts by phone or WhatsApp and waits 15 minutes free at the address; the planner adds the outward leg and the return for each dinner you tick.
For a host with several guests, a van or minibus that takes everyone back to their hotels is often simpler than a row of separate cars.

Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Can one vehicle drop guests at different hotels?
Yes, with the stops agreed in advance. Send us the hotels and we include them in a written quote.
