Build-up and dismantling: transport for stand teams
Stand teams work the week nobody sees: early starts and late finishes before the doors open, and the long Thursday and Friday when everything comes down. We move the people and their luggage at those hours.

Before the doors open
Build-up days
Build-up slots are set in each exhibitor’s manual and change from stand to stand, so the strip above marks the days before the congress only in general terms. During the congress, exhibitors could enter from 07:00 in the last published edition, an hour and a half before visitors.
For a team staying in one hotel, a van in the morning and another at the end of the shift is usually enough. If shifts overlap, the vehicle calculator below prices each wave separately with the live engine.
What we carry
People and their luggage, not freight
We transport people with their luggage: suitcases, laptop bags, roll-ups, small boxes of samples. We are not a freight carrier: stand structures, pallets and goods go with your logistics provider. Tell us the bags and boxes when you book, so we send a vehicle with enough room; in the calculator, count each box as a bag.
Coming down
Thursday afternoon and Friday
In the last published edition the exhibition closed at 16:00 on its final day. Dismantling starts then, and the airport runs of the whole venue concentrate in a few hours. Book Thursday and Friday departures early, with luggage declared.
For delegations and companies
Ask for a written proposal
Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

When does build-up start?
Each exhibitor’s slot is in the exhibitor manual from the organiser. Send it to us and we plan around it.
Can you carry stand material?
Luggage and small boxes, yes, declared at booking. Stand structures, pallets and goods, no: that is freight.
Can you pick up at night after a shift?
Yes. We work 24 hours a day. Give us an approximate time and we adjust it by phone or WhatsApp.
