Tick the days you need, the hotel and the flights. You get every leg with the pickup time we would plan and a live price for each one. Nothing is stored on this website.
How the planner thinks
Where the pickup times come from
Each leg starts from the driving time without traffic between the two points, calculated with OSRM on OpenStreetMap. In the rush-hour windows of the week (the hour before opening, the hour after closing and the ride back from dinners) we double that time and add ten minutes; outside them we add 30 % and ten minutes. For a departure we aim to have you at the terminal two hours before the flight.
That is a planning rule, not a traffic forecast. Nobody publishes reliable traffic predictions for congress week, and we would rather give you a margin you can understand than a number we cannot back up. If your team has a fixed meeting, tell us and we adjust the pickup.
Prices
Every price comes from the live engine
The planner asks our pricing engine for each leg with your date, time, number of people and bags, the same way the price box does. It shows the lowest-priced vehicle that fits your group; the full list of categories appears when you press «Book» on that leg. Legs that are within walking distance are marked and left out of the total.
You can book leg by leg on this website, download the run-sheet as a calendar file for your team, or send it to our office by email or WhatsApp and get one written quote for the whole week.
For delegations and companies
Ask for a written proposal
Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Is my plan saved anywhere?
No. The planner runs in your browser. Nothing is stored on this website; only the price requests reach our server, without personal data.
Can I book the whole week in one go?
Online you book leg by leg. For the whole week in one booking and one invoice, send us the run-sheet by email or WhatsApp and we reply with a written quote.
Why is the hotel next to the venue marked «on foot»?
From Plaça d’Europa the venue is about a kilometre away. At rush hour, walking is often quicker than waiting for a car; a vehicle still makes sense for evenings or heavy material.
Are the opening hours for 2027 confirmed?
Not yet. The planner uses the hours of the last edition with published hours (2026): 08:30–19:00, and until 16:00 on the last day. We will update them when the organiser publishes 2027.
