Most delegations follow the same path. The earlier you start, the more vehicles and hotels you can choose from.
Your run-sheet
Flights, hotels, days at the venue, dinners and departures. A spreadsheet is fine, or build it with our planner.
One written quote
Every leg with its vehicle and its fixed price, from the same engine as the website. Approve it internally before anyone travels.
The week
Flight tracking, one contact for your coordinator, changes handled by phone or WhatsApp at any hour.
One invoice
With VAT, in your company’s name, with your VAT number and purchase order reference.
Example
Twenty people, three hotels, four days
Take twenty people arriving on Sunday on three flights and staying in the city centre, Plaça d’Espanya and Plaça d’Europa. On Sunday, one vehicle per flight to the right hotel. From Monday to Wednesday, a morning run for each hotel timed to arrive before opening and an evening run after closing; the Plaça d’Europa group walks. On Thursday, the venue closes early in the last published edition and the airport runs start straight from the venue.

Minibuses and several vehicles
Our largest vehicle is the 22-seat minibus. Above that, the engine combines several vehicles on the same schedule. Tell us about luggage and material: a group of fourteen with suitcases does not fit in the same van as fourteen with laptops.
For delegations and companies
Ask for a written proposal
Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you know the flights. Large vans and minibuses are limited, and so are the drivers that week.
Can different people pay or approve?
Yes. The written quote is for the person who approves the budget, and the invoice goes to the company you tell us.
Do you provide a coordinator?
You have one point of contact before and during the week, by phone and WhatsApp, 24 hours a day.
Can the same vehicle stay with the team all day?
Yes, as a car or van with driver by the hour. It is quoted in writing for the hours you need.
What if a flight changes?
We track every flight and adjust the pickup. If the change affects other legs, we rearrange the schedule with your coordinator.
