The kit
Tell us what you carry
Camera cases, light stands and tripods take more room than suitcases. Declare the number of people and bags in the price box and the engine shows only vehicles with room for them; for long cases or a lot of kit, tell us when you book so we send a van. This is a passenger service: for freight or broadcast trucks, use a logistics company.
The schedule
Early starts and moving targets
- Runs to the venue before the opening, for set-up and early interviews.
- Moves between Fira Gran Via, Talent Arena at Montjuïc and the city for interviews.
- Evening events and launches, and the return to the hotel.
- A car with driver by the hour when the plan changes during the day.
Booking
Fixed price, one invoice
For single legs, the price box gives a fixed price for each vehicle. For a crew covering several days, send us the schedule and we reply with one written quote and invoice it with VAT in your company’s name. For the entrances and stopping points, see drop-off and pick-up points.
For delegations and companies
Ask for a written proposal
Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Can you carry camera equipment?
Yes, within the space of the vehicle. Tell us the number and size of cases and we send a vehicle with room for them.
Can a driver stay with us all day?
Yes, with a car with driver by the hour, quoted in writing, which includes waiting between stops.
Can you take us to Talent Arena as well?
Yes. Book the leg between Fira Gran Via and Plaça d’Espanya, or include it in a car by the hour.
Can the invoice go to our media company?
Yes, with VAT in your company’s name.
