Why early
The same week for everybody
Hotels feel the congress first: a study published before the 2025 edition put the average room in Barcelona at 553 € a night during the congress, against 136 € the week before. Ground transport feels it too: groups need vans and minibuses, there are far fewer of them than cars, and everyone wants them on the Sunday of arrivals and on the last afternoon.
Our price is fixed when you book and does not change afterwards with traffic. On the busiest dates of the year it can be higher than on a normal day because of demand, which is one more reason to book once your flights are confirmed.
What to book first
The legs with the least room for error
- The airport arrival, especially on Sunday 28 February and on the Monday morning.
- Vans and minibuses for groups of more than four.
- The departure on the last day, Thursday 4 March.
- Dinners on the busiest evenings, with the return booked before you sit down.
