What is published
The stopping points around the venue
The organiser’s transport page lists these points for MWC27. The venue can change vehicle access for each event; we confirm the 2027 points with you before the week.
- Private cars and buses: drop-off and pick-up on Carrer de Salvador Espriu, near the MWC (South) entrance.
- Taxi ranks at the MWC South entrance and the 4YFN North entrance, staffed on event days from 09:00 to 20:00 Monday to Wednesday, and available over the weekend before.
- Electric shuttle to Talent Arena: stop on Carrer de l’Alumini, near the 4YFN North entrance.
- Accessible vehicles: dedicated area at the back of Hall 3, with a car sticker (see accessible transport).
The ride back
How we meet you at closing time
In the morning the drop-off is simple. The ride back is where it goes wrong: thousands of people leave at the same time and phones are busy. We agree a fixed meeting point with you at booking, near your entrance, and you can reach the driver or our team by phone or WhatsApp. You have 15 minutes of free waiting from the agreed time.

Your hall decides your door
In recent editions the South entrance served halls 1 to 5 and the North entrance halls 6 and 7 and 4YFN. Check your hall on the organiser’s floor plan, and tell us when you book. More on entrances and public transport in how to get to MWC.

Ask for a written proposal
Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Where are the taxi ranks?
At the MWC South entrance and the 4YFN North entrance, staffed from 09:00 to 20:00 Monday to Wednesday according to the organiser.

Can you pick us up at the North entrance?
