What runs when the metro does not
The L9 Sud metro links both terminals with Fira and the city every 7 minutes during service hours, but on weekday nights the metro network closes. Check the TMB timetable for the exact closing time on your day. After that, the airport relies on night buses and the taxi rank, which is busiest exactly when several late flights land together.
If your flight is scheduled for late evening, a delay of an hour can push you past the last metro. That is the case where a pre-booked transfer pays for itself.

How we handle a delayed late flight
Give us the flight number when you book. We follow the flight in real time and move the pick-up if it lands late; the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, with 60 minutes of free waiting from the real landing time. The price is the one you booked: it does not change because the flight landed later.
Choose the time in the price box as the scheduled landing time and you see the live price for that hour.

Dawn departures after the congress
For a flight at 07:00 we aim to have you at the terminal two hours before, so the pick-up is in the middle of the night. Book it the day before at the latest and tell the hotel reception. From the city centre the airport is about 20 minutes without traffic; from Fira Gran Via, about 14 (see back to the airport).
