How it works
From your guest list to the pick-ups
Send us the list: each guest’s name, flight, hotel and the time they need to be at the venue. We plan each pick-up with the congress margin (roughly double the time without traffic plus ten minutes at opening and closing), and reply with one written quote. Each driver follows the flight and waits in arrivals with the guest’s name, with 60 minutes of free waiting from the real landing.
If a session moves or a flight changes, message us on WhatsApp and we update the pick-up.

- Hotel to the right entrance of Fira Gran Via, early enough for the speaker briefing.

Clear meeting instructions
Tell us exactly what the sign should say. We send you the meeting instructions for each guest so you can forward them; nobody has to search for a driver in the busiest arrivals hall of the year. Ask for a written proposal
Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Can you pick up speakers arriving on different flights?
Yes. Send us the list and we plan one pick-up per flight; each driver follows the flight.
What if a speaker’s flight is delayed?
The driver follows the flight and waits from the real landing time, with 60 minutes of free waiting.
Can we get one invoice for all the guests?
Yes. We reply with one written quote and invoice the approved plan with VAT in your company’s name.
Can the sign show only the guest’s name?
Yes. Tell us exactly what it should say.
