The morning
From the gate to the venue
From T1 to Fira Gran Via is 12.1 km, about 13 minutes without traffic; from T2 it is 8.8 km and about 12 minutes (OSRM, OpenStreetMap). In 2026 the exhibition opened to visitors at 08:30. A morning flight that lands at the opening hour shares the road with everyone arriving at the venue, so we plan for roughly double the time without traffic plus ten minutes. Tell us your first meeting time and the hall, and we drop you at the right entrance.

In 2026 the exhibition closed at 19:00 from Monday to Wednesday and at 16:00 on the last day. At closing time everyone leaves together. Book the return before you fly in, with a meeting point near your entrance, and aim to be at the terminal two hours before the flight. See back to the airport for the departure times we plan.

Can I visit MWC in one day from abroad?
Many people do. The venue is about 12 to 13 minutes from either terminal without traffic; plan more at opening and closing times.
What time does MWC open?
The 2027 hours are not published yet. In 2026 the exhibition opened to visitors at 08:30 and closed at 19:00 from Monday to Wednesday and at 16:00 on the last day.
Where does the driver wait for the return?
At a meeting point we agree near your entrance, with contact by phone or WhatsApp.
Can I leave luggage at the venue?
