What is different
Fixed times, several cars, one contact
A government delegation is usually a minister or head of agency with advisers, an embassy contact and a tight programme of sessions and bilateral meetings at the venue and in the city. That means arrivals on several flights, cars that must leave together and a programme that changes during the day. We plan it as one job, with one point of contact for your protocol or embassy team, by phone and WhatsApp, 24 hours a day.
What we need
Before the week
- The list of members, with the name each sign should show and a mobile number for the day.
- Flights, hotels and the programme of sessions and meetings, even if it is provisional.
- Luggage and any equipment, so we send vehicles with room for it.
- The billing details of the body that pays: name, tax number and any order reference.
What we provide
Licensed vehicles and a written quote
Every journey is made in a vehicle licensed for passenger transport, with a professional driver and compulsory passenger insurance, logged by GPS. Several cars or vans can run on one schedule, up to 22 seats each. Security escorts, police coordination and accreditation are arranged by the delegation and the authorities, not by us; we adapt the schedule to them.
You receive one written quote for the whole programme, from the same pricing engine as the website, to approve before anyone travels, and one VAT invoice at the end. Send the dates, the number of people, the flights, the hotels and your billing details. We reply with one fixed quote for the whole week that you can approve internally before anyone travels. Nothing is stored on this website: the template opens in your own email or WhatsApp.

Do you work with embassies and public bodies?
Yes. We quote in writing for the whole programme and invoice with VAT to the body that pays, with its tax number and order reference.
Can several cars leave at the same time?
Yes. Several vehicles run on one schedule, with one point of contact for your protocol team.
Do you provide security or escorts?
No. Security and police coordination are arranged by the delegation and the authorities. We adapt the transport schedule to them.
